Volunteering at Big Bounce is more than just a day’s work.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of the weekend, helping us bring two days of inflatable madness (and colour chaos) to life. From the start line hype to the finish-line celebrations, you’ll be part of the crew that makes the magic happen, and we seriously appreciate you for it.
What We're Looking For
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, energetic people who are ready to jump in and help us bring Big Bounce to life. Here’s what we expect from our volunteers:

All volunteers must be 16 years or older

Open to everyone (no gender restrictions)

Great attitude + good vibes
-
Able to work a full shift (usually 6 - 9 hours, depending on the venue, participant numbers, and start batches)

Flexible and ready to help where needed. Roles are assigned based on event needs, so we can’t guarantee you’ll be stationed with friends
Typical volunteer roles include:

Start line & batch coordination

Course marshals (directions + safety support)

Obstacle support (explaining inflatables, helping with flow)

Colour zone support (Sunday)

Finish-line crew (cheering + medal handouts)

General info support in the Village
What Do Volunteers Do?
Volunteers are stationed around the course and in the Festival Village to help participants have the best day possible. From check-in and wristband handouts to guiding people along the route, keeping the course flowing, and bringing the hype, there are loads of roles for energetic, friendly volunteers.
Shifts That Fit Your Day
We get it, schedules vary. That’s why we offer flexible shifts so you can join the fun your way:
Morning Shift (Half Day)
Start the day strong by helping with check-in, setting up color stations, and getting the course ready for chaos. You'll earn 1 free ticket to bounce later!
Afternoon Shift (Half Day)
Jump in for the second half! Help with clean-up, hand out high-fives, and wrap up the day with a bang. Yep, you’ll also get 1 free ticket to bounce another time!
Full Day Shift (Day Before)
Want to go all in? Be part of the full experience, from colour blasts to closing time. Keep the energy high and help make the event unforgettable. As a big thank you, you’ll earn 2 free tickets and run the next day or gift them!
